REQUEST A QUOTE
Our Custom Quoting Process
Step 1:
Provide us with drawings and specifications of your desired springs. (If possible, send us physical product examples as well.) You can securely upload your files and share details about your springs using the request a quote form on our website.
Step 2:
We’ll review the submitted drawings and specifications to make sure they conform to all requirements. If samples are provided, we’ll conduct a non-destructive conformation analysis.
Step 3:
Then, our team performs an engineering evaluation using a specialized simulation software.
Step 4:
Next, we develop a product optimization report and share findings related to the spring’s projected life cycle. We will also share recommendations for material selection and coatings that might extend the life cycle of a spring. Any manufacturability concerns and high-level budget and timing considerations will be addressed during this step of our process.
Step 5:
Once you’ve signed off on our product optimization report, we’ll put together a detailed quote for your review and approval. Our quote typically includes separate line items for non-recurring costs and any related tooling, materials, part production, coatings, special treatments, packaging, and transportation.
Step 6:
Upon receipt and our confirmation of a Purchase Order (PO) detailing the quantity of
product(s) to be produced, we will furnish a prototype or first-run samples for your final approval. Once we have your approval, we will begin the full production run. NOTE: this prototype or first-run process is used to demonstrate and confirm that engineering design and product specifications can be met by our manufacturing process. This process is most applicable to parts which have been fully developed, tested and known to meet the needs of the customers through prior prototyping, and confirmed production.
